92.5 The Chief and Amtrak are teaming up to get you out of the house to enjoy the great outdoors… Of Chicago!

We’ve got three pairs of round trip tickets to Chicago on Amtrak just for Chief listeners.

For the chance to win (2 ROUND TRIP TICKETS ON AMTRAK), listeners over 18 just need to text “Amtrak” to 77000 between July 14th, 2014 and August 1st, 2014.  One winner will be drawn each week for the next three weeks ending on 7/18, 7/25 and 8/1.  We will contact the winner.

That’s it.  Once you’re in Chicago you can enjoy the sights, do some shopping, grab some Chicago style pizza, or just enjoy the fact that you’re not at home for a while.  So get to texting.

COUNTDOWN: Fall movie preview

The Film Society of Lincoln Center announced Thursday, July 17, 2014, that the highly anticipated adaption of Gillian Flynn’s best-selling novel will kick off the festival on September 26. The 20th Century Fox thriller, which stars Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike, will premiere in theaters shortly after on October 3.
