Breckenridge Pandora’s Bock
Breckenridge Pandora’s Bock

Shane from Rosati’s joins me and Matt to drink this week as we open up Pandora’s Bock from Breckenridge.  This is a solid Bock style beer.  It’s got a nice reddish, amber color, pours clear and tastes smooth.  You get a hint of sweetness from the malt while still getting some of the hoppy bitterness.  Overall it’s a very well balanced beer.  Matt and I both give it a 7.0.

Shane says this would match up perfectly with the Cheddar Bacon Cheese burger from Rosati’s.  Grab some Pandora’s Bock and have Rosati’s deliver.  Great combo right there.
