2000: TV Becomes Reality
It’s hard to believe that it has only been about 10 years since the explosion of reality TV. This new interactive form of television allowed users to peer into the ‘lives’ of regular people. Although shows like the Real World and Cops had been letting audiences in on reality for a few years at this point, it took the premiere of CBS’ Survivor to really spark the Reality Show flame.
